TKINOX was established in 2012 and since the beginning of its activity it has been a representative of the Russian TMK-INOX steelworks in Poland, specializing in the production of stainless pipes.
Our offer includes a wide range of seamless stainless pipes, cold and hot-rolled, precision and stainless steel welded pipes.
The products we offer have the necessary certificates that prove their high quality. Using our experience in the steel industry, we try to fulfill all, even atypical customer orders.
Almost 10 years of operation on our market means many completed contracts and satisfied customers.
TMK-INOX was founded in 2009 and has production plants in Kamień Uralski and Volzhsky. It specializes in the production of stainless and heat-resistant pipes in sizes from 2.00 to 273.00 mm for seamless pipes and from 8.00 to 114.3 mm for welded pipes according to international standards: ISO, DIN, EN, ASTM, ASME and GOST.
Based on modern machinery and experienced staff, TMK-INOX produces the highest quality products confirmed by numerous international certificates: ISO 9001: 2008, PED 2014/68/EU authorized by TUV Rheinland and UDT. He also has a certificate of the international organization for environmental protection in the field of the nuclear industry and a license of a producer of pipes for nuclear power plants. The company recently purchased new lines for the production of welded pipes and has become one of the largest suppliers of pipes to the European automotive industry.
TMK-INOX produces almost the entire range of pipes used in the mining, chemical, petrochemical, energy, machine building, shipbuilding, aviation and space industries.

HOW WE WORK
Automated process of welding pipes, sheets and profiles with the use of a Kawasaki Robotics welding robot. The automatic welding machine allows not only to increase the efficiency of the system, but also guarantees repeatability, quality and economy.
We offer professional and comprehensive services for bending pipes with a diameter of up to 38 mm and profiles with a cross-section of up to 40 mm. We have at our disposal modern mandrel benders with CNC controls that allow bending and forming various radii in one cycle, which ensures 100% repeatability of shapes and dimensions.
Fast and precise cutting of sheets and profiles using the Prima Power Platino 2.0 Fiber laser with an IPG 3KW resonator: - Materials to be processed: black steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass - Thickness range of sheet metal cutting up to 20 mm - Cutting of sheet metal with dimensions up to 1500x3000mm up to 930kg.

A modern and well-developed machine park allows us to provide services in the field of: laser cutting of sheets and profiles, bending of sheets and pipes, welding.
